Printed books
Each printed book is made to order and shipped directly to you. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send a replacement or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer. Because every copy is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind.
Ebooks
Ebooks are delivered instantly as a digital download. If your file won’t open or is incomplete, contact us and we will fix the problem or refund your purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
